Package: gimp
Version: 2.6.10-1
Severity: normal

Hi

Another important issue. If you select a given area of the image, right, press
V to move while cutting

press CTRL and move your mouse while holding mouse left click does not cut the
part of selection on teh given layer

CTRL, shift, ... does not do this effect...

How to work then if you have a lot to do? Have you ever thought about people
that work with gimp for professional daily use?

This bug shall be fixed someone to offer less difficult time consumming for
large photo.

Kind regards
Y.
