Package: acpitool Version: 0.5.1-2 Severity: normal
Hello, I have installed a new laptop on a HP ProBook 6360b and for a while the acpitool reported the correct state of the battery. But today it started to report "Unknown, 97.00%". Charging the battery for hours do not update the percentage. If I disconnect the battery then acpitool correctly display discharging and the percentage is decreasing (but the time remaining is not computed because it stays at 00:00:00). -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.39-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages acpitool depends on: ii libc6 2.13-10 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libgcc1 1:4.6.1-5 GCC support library ii libstdc++6 4.6.1-5 GNU Standard C++ Library v3 Versions of packages acpitool recommends: ii acpid 1:2.0.10-1 Advanced Configuration and Power I acpitool suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
