Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.5.27
Severity: normal

Since I upgraded to git-buildpackage 0.5.27, I get the following error
when I run git import-orig:

gbp:error: Filters must be a list

By checking /usr/share/pyshared/gbp/deb.py, I found that 'filters' is an
empty "string", which causes this error to happen. I can't figure out
what's causing this, as config.py seems to have code to initialize
'filter' as an empty list.
