What do you mean by "the near future", especially wrt. Wheezy release?

If cs-lite makes it into Wheezy, we'll have to support it for a few
years, which is quite a big near future.
If cs-lite is not intended to go into Wheezy, I doubt it's a good idea
to push it into sid: it seems to me the purpose of sid is to prepare
the next Debian release, not to be a storage area for temporary
packages.
)
