on some distributions, /usr/share/doc/ is not shipped (e.g. emdebian and others). gitalist-common.postinst populates /etc/gitalist.conf from /usr/share/doc/gitalist-common/examples/gitalist.conf. this is rather unfortunate since it break in such use cases. therefore, the proper thing is to store the config in /usr/share/gitalist-common instead. will send a patch after recieved the bug number.
