Even better, dpatch.lib.sh supports debian/patches/00patch-opts, where
one can override the default patch options, and add -p0. Assuming that
patch -p1 -p0 does the rigth thing and uses -p0, this will work.

I'm still not done investigatin the dpatch-edit-patch side, but with a
bit of tweaking and post-processing of dpep output, this is already
possible to do, just not all that obvious, and certainly not documented.
