Hello,
I am a fan of the AGPL and kindly ask it to be added to
/usr/shar/common-licenses.
It currently comes with the R package,
$ locate AGPL
/usr/share/R/share/licenses/AGPL-3
and perl has some bits to it
/usr/share/man/man3/Software::License::AGPL_3.3pm.gz
/usr/share/perl5/Software/License/AGPL_3.pm
and so I suggest to move the license from R to base-files.
