python-biopython currently fails to build on GNU/kFreeBSD because it depends on linux-kernel-headers, which is not available on this platform, this package being Linux specific. As linux-kernel-headers is installed automatically on all systems with build-essential, you don't need to specify it in the build-dependencies. Could you please remove this package from the build-dependencies in your next upload?
