Good luck tracking it down given the state of GCC on m68k. :-( You could try building at a lower optimization level (than -O3), or without one or more of the fancy -f options used. Incidentally, the options line passed to GCC is really stupid, containing wonders like '-finline-functions ... -fno-inline-functions ...'.
