Package: postgresql-common Version: 119 Severity: normal An upgrade of the postgresql-common package restarts all postgresql servers. I don't think this is necessary, because an upgrade of the postgresql-x.y packages already does that, and upgrades of postgresql-common don't usually introduce changes to the run time environment of a server that would warrant a restart in every case.
