Well, feel free to close the bug if you think it is a silly idea. I
didn't look as to whether the resulting package would be absurdly small.

/etc/emacs/site-start.d. Of course removing one doesn't make a big
difference, it just happend that this one the only one I discovered
during a recent purge that was A) useless to me, and B) not possible to
simply purge the package. But I will just rm the conffile and leave you
alone now ;).
