Hmm,

so I probably missed that the spamprobe uses more complicated database
schema and db_upgrade is needed.

Alright in that case it's OK to depend on versioned BDB.

Anyway could there be a way how to upgrade database files without user
intervention? If the spamprobe doesn't use transaction it shouldn't be that
hard to patch spamprobe to call database upgrade code from the script.
