Package: libcairo2 Version: 1.10.2-6.1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainers,
I'm experiencing a render bug in iceweasel. I've been in touch with the firefox developers, and they say that they fixed this issue by patching cairo. They informed me that had I used the version of cairo bundled with firefox that I would not have the rendering issue. The rendering bug is that when -moz-translate is used to rotate a block containing text, often the individual characters are rendered rightside up (though the position of the individual characters is correctly rotated about the object's origin.) Also the characters will tend to flicker between correct orientation and right-side up as you select parts of the text with the mouse. References: 1.
