Hi.

In sid the second paragraph of the package description starts with
"Fortran and Ada with PLplot. Examples of programs [...]"

I think it is missing the "real" first line that should be something
like "This package contains all that is needed for doing development in C, C++,
" (based on the old descriptions of the same package).
