Instead of spawning an editor to revise the bug report, use the
af mail reader to edit and send it.
The af mail reader? Gotta try it.
$ reportbug -af
usage: reportbug [options] <package | filename>
reportbug: error: -f option requires a value
Oh, well then say
-a MAILREADER, --af=MAILREADER
just like you say
-A FILENAME, --attach=FILENAME
