See http://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace for information on how to get a useful backtrace. You’ll probably need to rebuild gnome-terminal and vte. I don’t think Xen matters directly - although it could be indirectly linked with the graphics driver. Cheers, -- .''`.
