Package openide-util was made by me a few years ago because I needed a part of the Netbeans library as dependency for another package (freehep-util). Now Netbeans has been packaged properly and there is no reason anymore to keep openide-util in Debian, so please remove it. I just uploaded a new version of freehep-util that doesn't depend on it anymore.
