It is really important to address this issue. The RFCs on the RPKI are currently in the RFC editor queue <http://www.rfc-editor.org/queue.html#draft-ietf-sidr-res-certs>, meaning they will be published in a few weeks. Everyone is busy learning about the RPKI (workshops, tutorials, etc, see <http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/resource-management/certification>) and its deployment already started (the RPKI certificates are already publcially distributed by the Regional Internet Registries <rsync://rpki.ripe.net/repository>).
