In #278009, I noticed that choosing Persian as language at high priority does yield the long country list, which is obviously incorrect (either the language is supported in more than 1 country...and the short list should be disdplayed....or it only has one country, which is the case...and no list should be displayed at all, "Iran, the islamic republic of" being the default choice).
I suspect that, as Iran uses this "short" name with an included comma, the problem is due to incorrect comma escaping somewhere. Funnily, the installer later continues at high priority. This suggest that there's no exact error, but rather some logical error that triggers this.
