I also get a similar error, with a backtrace that looks like it's in the
same area of code:

I'm not sure how to trigger it, but if I repeatedly launch, unlock the
database, and quit, the bug will trigger about once in every 5~6 times.
I'm seeing it in 1.4-4.1. If there's any additional information that can
help with tracking it down, let me know.
