Bug#644844: nvidia-cuda-toolkit: nvcc throws errors with thrust in /usr/include

Add me to the "me toos" experiencing this bug.  Clean install of wheezy 
with all necessary devel packages installed.  Fails building SDK because 
it doesn't like seeing thrust under /usr/include.
