Preliminary notes: * package is built from qtcreator, so that's at least a build dependency * i haven't been able to figure out how to compile without the GUI yet but that's certainly possible (?) * even though I have installed libusb-1.0-0-dev as recommended in the README, i get the following compilation errors:
fcd.o: In function `fcdOpen': /home/anarcat/dist/qthid/fcd.c:58: undefined reference to `hid_enumerate' /home/anarcat/dist/qthid/fcd.c:70: undefined reference to `hid_free_enumeration' /home/anarcat/dist/qthid/fcd.c:73: undefined reference to `hid_open_path' [...] It seems like we're missing a library. I have also tried the libusb++-dev package without any luck. Maybe we need to package one of those first: http://www.signal11.us/oss/hidapi/ http://libhid.alioth.debian.org/doc/ not sure which. If anyone wants to followup on this, please be my guest! -- La démocratie réelle se définit d'abord et avant tout par la participation massive des citoyens à la gestion des affaires de la cité.
