Bug#643977: workaround

As a workaround, one can change the first line of /usr/sbin/checkrestart 
to "#!/usr/bin/python2.6". (You will need to have Python 2.6 installed, 
obviously.)

IMO the severity of this bug should be at least "important", because it 
makes checkrestart useless while (I assume) having no effect on the 
other parts of debian-goodies.
