Package: flim
Version: 1:1.14.9+0.20110516-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
When I receive a UTF-8 encoded email, the `filename' attribute is not decoded.

I see in the Wanderlust MIME-view buffer:

[2 =?UTF-8?B?MTMxOTExNjc1N19UaGVzaXNBLnBkZg==?= <application/pdf; UTF-8
(base64)>]

and when I try to view the file, I do not see its proper name.

The undecoded headers are:

--4ea087bd_71f5d9f9_2fcf
Content-Type: application/pdf; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
 filename="=?UTF-8?B?MTMxOTExNjc1N19UaGVzaXNBLnBkZg==?="

If I try to view or save the file, the filename is
exactly =?UTF-8?B?MTMxOTExNjc1N19UaGVzaXNBLnBkZg==?= not its decoded form.
