Package: check Version: 0.9.8-1 Severity: wishlist Check supports subunit output when the runner is called with CK_SUBUNIT, but the Debian package is not compiled with subunit support. Please enable it!
Although, there are a few downsides, namely that it brings in a new build dependency (libsubunit-dev), and that everything linked to check will need to be linked to subunit too (but that can be done with a quick hack to the pkg-config file). Perhaps a separate package (for example, check-subunit) could be made that provides a check compiled with subunit support.. But it'd be much more useful if the stock check package would come with subunit support built-in. (And on this note, it would be even better if subunit support could be selected via CK_VERBOSITY=subunit, if the runner is called with CK_ENV. But this is a shortcoming present in upstream, and a separate issue, perhaps.) -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages check depends on: ii dpkg 1.16.1.1 ii install-info 4.13a.dfsg.1-8 check recommends no packages. check suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- |8] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
