Thank you for the report Paul. I believe this is the same issue as
#638172 which is filed against the kernel.
I have been holding off on the fix for this issue until 2.6.32-39, which
contains a fix for the regression described in #644604, is uploaded to
s-p-u. After that I will fix this for 2.6.32-40.
