Considering the following note that was included with the initial request to Mozilla to "Add French Government (DCSSI) CA certificate", I am removing the DSA certificate as well:
---- IMPORTANT! Please close our request for the DSA certificate – the key was created for backup purpose in case of a cryptographic matter with RSA. It hasn’t be used yet, and we will soon use another key for this purpose.
