Thanks, I wasn't aware that scp was included, did earlier releases have
the ssh binary only?

I could only see partman-reiserfs in the menu as I'm using the stable
build D-I, it's good to see nbd is coming in the next release as that is
probably a lot easier than NFS for many simple applications where
someone wants to move around data from block devices
