I do not plan to reintroduce libebl. It never existed as a shared library. Please use libdw instead, and use functions provided by that. If it does not provide all the needed functionality ask upstream to provide it. As far as I know pahole is part of the dwarves package, and didn't need it when I dropped the libebl-dev package.
