Hi. I have to ejabberd nodes clustered (a.example.org and b.example.org). They're in a different network (on purpose) and have their internal connections secured via IPsec. a is configured as the master server. The following happens occasionally: b somehow looses connection to a. This is usually not even the fault of the IPsec connection. Now both should work independantly, which sometimes works, but sometimes b seems to hang. ejabberdctl commands don't work anymore: # ejabberdctl mnesia info Failed RPC connection to the node '[email protected]': nodedown And the server cannot even be stopped by the init-scripts (guess they're just doing an ejaberdctl stop).
