No. The bug is about both installation (which is much more difficult as discussed by e.g. #43 and #35) and removal (which is more easily fixed and solved by my current patch). I have patches for the installation part as well (covering several different problems, too), but I'd like to see especially the cleanup/* patches applied first as there will be dependencies on multiple branches otherwise.
