Bug#329099: pcmcia-cs: need to load pcmcia rather than ds on >= 2.6.11

ds was renamed to pcmcia in 2.6.11. I know that pcmcia-cs is probably
going to be replaced by PCMCIAutils at some point soon, but this is
causing problems for the installer in the meantime; could you please
make the init script try pcmcia as well as ds?
