Package: transmission-gtk Version: 2.33-1 Severity: normal Hello, The transmission-gtk client will delete a torrent file that is opened but the open operation is later canceled. This is a rather annoying bug. I realize it is not critical but an application should not delete data unless instructed to do so by the user.
I filed a bug upstream as well: https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/4586 -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-rc7-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages transmission-gtk depends on: ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libcurl3-gnutls 7.21.7-3 ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.98-1 ii libevent-2.0-5 2.0.13-stable-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.24.0-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.28.8-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.7-1 ii libminiupnpc5 1.5-2 ii libnatpmp1 20110808-3 ii libnotify4 0.7.4-1 ii libpango1.0-0 1.29.4-2 ii libssl1.0.0 1.0.0e-2.1 ii transmission-common 2.33-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 Versions of packages transmission-gtk recommends: ii xdg-utils 1.1.0~rc1-2 transmission-gtk suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
