I can't reproduce it. I built qemu-kvm 0.10 and 0.11, tried installing winxp in there and running it in 0.15. I also tried to run it one by one in 0.11, 0.12, 0.13, 0.14 and 0.15 -- in all cases network functions correctly. There was no guest-visible changes in rtl8139 virtual "hardware" between 0.14 and 0.15, at least not in the "card" itself (there were changes in surrounding areas, like interrupt handling, which may affect this). Maybe some of you can provide the images of windows which has this issue, for me to find a change between 0.14 and 0.15 that broke it? Also, does reinstalling the driver in windows help?
