Bug#648831: po4a: The links to the deocumentation/programm translation on the web page don't work

Trying to follow the links on
http://po4a.alioth.debian.org/translations.php for the
(programm|documentation) translation both give error messages of the
following sort:

An Exception Has Occurred

po4a/po/bin: unknown location

HTTP Response Status

404 Not Found
