Package: cfengine2 Version: 2.2.8-1 Severity: normal info file cfengine-Reference.info is the only authoritative source of the syntax and usage of cfengine2, but it is not installed as part of package cfengine2, and package cfengine2-doc no longer exists (it is referenced in the changelog and exists in ubuntu). The man pages which are installed contain the barest of overviews of functionality, with no specification of syntax.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=264469 may be related to this issue. I can't tell from its comments whether the intention was to remove the info files completely from the package. That's problematic if so -- there is no longer any appreciable information about cfengine2 on cfengine.org (the site, now cfengine.com, hypes only cfengine3). Info files for cfengine-Reference and cfengine-Tutorial are present in the source package's orig.tar.gz, and the diff's debian/rules specifies + --infodir='$${prefix}/share/info' \ but no cfengine info files are present there or anywhere else on local disk.
