Hi Tobias,

I would fix it in the way that i build my own i386 kernel. I got no need for a am64 kernel because of only 2GB RAM in that machine. I dont understand why debian doesnt provide a i386 kernel anymore, but a i386-arch distribution.

But i got stuck in crosscompiling a default debian kernel-image with the original debian config settings with make-kpg.

Help on this would fix my problem, because i really have no fun in reinstalling the system in amd64 arch.
