Package: clive Version: 2.2.27-1 Severity: wishlist Perhaps this chart # clive --hosts Youtube default|flv_240p|flv_360p|flv_480p|mp4_360p|mp4_720p|mp4_1080p|mp4_3072p should also say what filenames they will be stored in. One would think it would be obvious, except that $ clive -f best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kum6iKHky4w gets a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.webm file. So maybe the chart and man page are not ready for WebM, especially as the Wikipedia article says it's the new trend at YouTube.
How I discovered it: $ set http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kum6iKHky4w $ firefox $@ #with standard Adobe Flashplayer #Beautiful stereo $ clive $@ $ set WhiteBoyMikeSomethingToDanceToClubMix1989Jive.flv $ mplayer $@ # or vlc $@ #Miserable mono. E.g., 0:30 to 1:00. So then I tried -f best. But wait... shouldn't there be a --at-least-stereo as I would be happy with 240p versions of things, at least if they were stereo. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
