Sorry for the long silence.  Was this reproducible?  If so, is it
still reproducible?

This log does not include the first warning from the kernel (it should
say "Not tainted").  A log of the initialization of the kernel (from
capturing full output of "dmesg" immediately after boot or from
collecting the relevant part from /var/log/dmesg*) could be helpful,
too.
