I've tried every combination of exim setup and phpbb configuration and have gotten nowhere, except that gmail isn't regarding the registration emails as "spammy" as before, probably from setting up my reverse DNS correctly. I'll put in whatever time I need to to fix this bug, if I knew where to go next.
How can I find what command gets passed if using the "mail" command, or see the traffic details when using SMTP, please?
