Package: libcdd0

The latest upstream is 094f, which has been available since 2008. It
would be nice if we could update the libcdd packages to this version,
which can be obtained from here:
ftp://ftp.ifor.math.ethz.ch/pub/fukuda/cdd/
This latest version includes some bug fixes for the LP algorithms
provided by the library. It's distributed under GPL2.
