Hasn't this been solved yet? I'm running GNOME 3 now, but Epiphany
(3.2) still doesn't use the global proxy settings. Not even Iceweasel
works if I choose 'Use system proxy settings' now. Chromium appears to
work fine, though.

Is this a known problem? Is there a bug for it?
