Legacy library getopts.pl will be removed from the Perl core distribution in
the next major release. Please install the separate libperl4-corelibs-perl
package. It is being used at ./../msggen.pl, line 21.

dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2

The cause appears to be that linking against /usr/lib/libosp.la gets
hard-coded into jade/Makefile.lt.
