After X session login, LXpanel application icon backgrounds are not transparent. Selecting panel settings and changing height by 1 pixel (even if the value is returned to the initial setting) corrects the issue for the rest of the sessioni. LXpanel is configured to autohide. Panel height is 32. Icon height is 28.
