tcosmonitor-common package depend on python-xlib and tcosmonitor package depend on nmap which has a priority 'extra'. According to http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch- archive.html#s-priorities "Packages must not depend on packages with lower priority values (excluding build-time dependencies)." It means that tcos must use a priority 'extra' instead of 'optional'.
