Hello,
It seems dictd doesn't register its name properly (under /proc?).
As a consequence, netstat doesn't show the name of the daemon
when using the -p option.
$ ps aux | grep dictd
dictd 2801 0.0 0.6 34564 21112 ? Ss 11:37 0:00 dictd 1.12.0:
1/2
$ sudo netstat -natup | grep 2801
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:2628 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
2801/2
as oppose to :
$ sudo netstat -natup | grep sshd
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:22 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
3067/sshd
