Package: doxygen-latex

Hi,
doxygen-latex is an arch:all package which depends on arch:any doxygen
with the latest version. Is that really necessary? Relaxing this to,
say, >= 1.7, would allow slower architectures to skip needing to always
build the latest doxygen immediately, a common problem with arch:all
packages depending on arch:any packages.
If there’s some reason, no problem. But if there’s none, a change
would probably be appreciated.
