I've got a HP Pavillion of the series dv1000. These laptops have some
special keys that are not recognized from the standard kernel.
I used a personal script to assign the keycodes to these keys but
I like you "debian standard" way to fix the problem.
Could you add the keycodes for this hp series?

I have 5 keys that are not recognized. One (e00a) is catched by the
default configuration for hp-laptops.
The other 4 are:
- a combination of "fn+esc" (e001) without any label. I don't remember the
function
under window. I used it to call a script to switch the power profile;
- "fn+f1" labeled with "help" (e031);
- a special key "DVD" (e00e) to launch the video player;
- a special key "Music" (e00c) to launch the music player.

I don't know if there exists a list of standard keycodes to assign.
I used the following (I don't remember the origin):
setkeycodes e001 151
setkeycodes e031 138
setkeycodes e00e 148
setkeycodes e00c 149

You can choose whatever you want. I don't care.

This is the complete output of dmidecode:
