Directory of a PDF document: CreationDate, ModDate, Title, Subject,
Keywords, and Creator.
To illustrate, here's the pdfinfo output for a PDF file saved by a
previous version of the program:

I think that the time should also be set in the CreationDate and ModDate
fields (which was not the case for the previous version as can be seen
above).
