Using IMAP. Today I had many problems with the described bug (on every email with attachment the attached file was cut). Restarting icedove did not help at all. Downloading the same files with mutt works flawlessly. Changing from STARTTLS to SSL/TLS solved the problems, all mails are now fine. Some days ago the mailserver was changed.
